3. Sight-Seeing of Chandanwari, Aru Valley, Betab Valley, Baisaran at Pahalgam By Union Car

LEO Travel or Agent/ Sales Person will  not be liable of flight cancellation due to bad weather, ill health, roadblocks and Natural Calamities /or any factors beyond control.

Booking/Payment Policy:-

Advance Amount 60 % at the Time of Booking: INR
Rest Amount 40% after Issuing Voucher/on Arrival: INR
Kindly send us the Booking Confirmation Mail along with Advance Payment & photocopy of your Id proof for your travel security and booking for your hotels & others. (Id Proof: Voter ID, driving license, passport, Aadhar Card etc.)
Once the advance payment will received by us, you will get a acknowledge mail/Telephonic from our account department.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:-

In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any reason/s we must be informed in writing via e-mail. Cancellation charges would be applicable from the same date we receive mail in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows :
– 45 days prior to arrival no cancellation charges (only 15% Processing Fees), (this is not valid for group bookings)-
– 45 days to 25 days prior to arrival -35% of the tour / service taken.
– 25 days to 15 days prior to arrival – 50% of the tour / service taken.
– 15 days prior of check in date 100% cancellation charges (NO REFUND).
Check In-Out at 12:00noon (Early check in / late checkout in the hotel as per availability only
